Mr. Sampath Kumar, Managing Director of Aegan Infra City, is a self-made entrepreneur hailing from a humble farmer’s family background. Beginning his career in 1993 as a farmer, He showcased remarkable resilience and adaptability. Over the years, he ventured into diverse fields, including agriculture, sales and marketing, and logistics, gaining invaluable experience and insights. In 2008, he found his true calling in real estate, laying the foundation for what would become a transformative journey.

Under his dynamic leadership, VIP Group evolved into Aegan Infra City, a leading name in Tamil Nadu’s real estate sector. Mr. Sampath Kumar’s commitment to quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction has driven the company’s success, delivering DTCP-approved residential layouts and premium villa plots. Mr. Ananth Krishnan, the dynamic managing partner of Aegan Infra City, whose passion for business propelled him into entrepreneurship at the age of 21. Immediately after completing his engineering education, Mr. Ananth embarked on his professional journey in 2013 as Executive Director at VIP Group. He spearheaded the sales and marketing of plots, villas, and apartments across key cities, including Chennai, Bangalore, Salem, and Coimbatore.

With his strategic vision and relentless drive, Ananth transformed the Bangalore branch into the company’s top-performing unit, excelling in both sales and branding. His innovative approach and leadership have been instrumental in elevating Aegan Infra City’s reputation as a trusted name in Tamil Nadu’s real estate sector, delivering exceptional value through DTCP-approved residential layouts and premium developments.

Mr. Naveen, the astute managing partner of Aegan Infra City is a pivotal force behind the company’s operational and financial success. After completing his college education, He worked as a Production Engineer at Salcomp for 5 years and joined the administrative team of VIP Group, where he quickly demonstrated his acumen by overseeing critical administrative functions and managing the company’s financial operations with precision. His strategic oversight ensured robust financial health and streamlined processes, laying a strong foundation for growth.

Today, as managing partner, Mr. Naveen drives Aegan Infra City’s expansion, steering the company toward new milestones in Tamil Nadu’s real estate sector. His dedication to operational excellence and sustainable growth continues to strengthen the company’s reputation.
